He is survived by: his sons, Johnathen Wayne Wade of Beattyville, Kentucky and Russell Wayne Wade of Beattyville, Kentucky; his wife Bessie Wade of Beattyville; his siblings, Lillie Lunsford of Lexington, Vivian Gibson (Clyde) of Troy, Diane Robertson (Rick) of Beattyville, Janet Coomer (Jimmy) of Beattyville, Betty Havens of Beattyville, Carl of Beattyville, Billy of Beattyville, Glen Wade of Beattyville and Donald Wade (Thelma) of Burlington, Kentucky; his nieces, Shonda and Lasha Gross; and his nephew Evan Rowe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
