With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Louise Waldridge of Bardstown, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 24, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard and Elizabeth Weathers Barnes; and her husband Joseph Waldridge Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Susan Waldridge and Tony Waldridge (Nichole); her brother David Barnes; her grandchildren, Kristen Ferrie, Hannah Waldridge, Harley Sweeney, Andy Waldridge and Avery Sweeney; and her great grandchildren, Carleigh Wolf, Landen Wolf, Eva Ferrie and Hunter Joseph.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1475 New Shepherdsville Rd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
