He was predeceased by: his father Chris Miller. He is survived by: his mother Teresa Faye Tackett Miller of Bardstown; his wife Pamela Michelle Robinson Miller of Pikeville; his son Ford Andrew Miller; and his brother Christopher Miller of Bardstown, Kentucky.. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
