He is survived by: his mother Joanne Johnson; his siblings, Carrie McDonald (James) of Bardstown and Matt Johnson (Terri) of Louisville; his nephew Will McDonald; and his nieces, Julia McDonald, Sydney McDonald, Lizzy Johnson and Emerson Johnson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
