She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick G. Clark Sr.; her parents, John Jr. Fogle and Anna Fogle; her siblings, Laura Fogle, Margaret Rose Fogle, Sherry Fogle, David Michael Fogle Sr. and John D. "Butch" Fogle III; and her great-niece Kimberly Ann Taylor.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick G. Clark, Jr. of Bardstown, Frank Clark of Bardstown and John Clark of Bardstown; her siblings, Denise Woodruff (Gayle) of Buffalo, NY, Susan Westoff (Mike) of St. Louis, MI, Pat Florence of Bardstown, Robert Fogle (Jan) of Lexington and Stacey Miles (Keith) of Bardstown; and her close friend Ann Margaret Beam. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
