He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Harrison and Rose Catherine Butler; his brother Tommy Butler of Kessinger; his wife Sandra Gossett Butler; his daughter Jean Ann Butler Roberts (Phillip) of Bardstown; his stepdaughter Dinah Butler of Louisville; his grandchildren, Samantha Roberts Mattingly (Jared) of Bardstown, Taylor Roberts of Bardstown, Courtney Roberts Curtsinger (Justin) of Bardstown, Eion Roberts of Bardstown, Danielle Butler of Louisville, Shauntelle Butler of Louisville and Shakera Butler of Louisville; his great grandchildren, Devin, Vivian Mattingly of Bardstown and Wesley Warren of Louisville; his siblings, Joann Butler Srygler (Jack) of Bonnieville, Mary Beth Butler Bunnell of Munfordville, Cathy Butler of Munfordville and Donald Butler (Janice) of Cave City; and his friend Darrell Witten. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
