He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mildred Allen and Joe Livers. He is survived by: his parents, John Allen and Doris Allen of Bardstown; and his brother John Allen (Cindy) of Louisville. He is also survived by two nephews and a niece; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
