She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Earl Smith; her father Mike; her grandmother Howell Vittitow; and her siblings, Rodney, Bobby, Mike Vittotow, Liz Bundy, Sue Donahue and Janet Samuels.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Hutchins Halloran, Sherry Smith (Lang) of Bardstown, Belinda Jury (Mark) of Bloomfield and Robbie Smith (Chrisie) of Bardstown; and her siblings, Joan Carter (Benny) of Bardstown and Greg Vittitow (Charlene) of Frankfort. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
