He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Prechtel Matheis; his daughter Stella Durbin (Roger Dale) of Florida; his sister Helen Gessell of Swanville; his grandchildren, Jessica Adamskie (John) of Summerfield, FL. and D. J. Durbin (Shannon) of Summerfield, FL.; and his great grandchildren, Kristina Durbin and Dalton Adamskie.
