He is survived by: his children, Cindy Renee Mays and Tommy Ray Mays, Jr. (Carmen Elaine); his siblings, Sonia Kelley (Mays), Virginia Powell (Mays), Ruby North (Mays), Judy Cameron (Mays), Shirley Peace (Mays) and Freddie Mays; his siblings-in-law, Joyce Mays (Peace), Debbie Mays (Carroll), Saundra Mays (Brooks) and Grover Wallace Powell; his grandchildren, Ashley Driggers, Amanda Alsbrooks, Jared Cordell, Courtney Swafford and Terry Mays; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Roberts and Zakkary Hoskins.
