He is survived by: his children, Craig Myers (Axie Abner) of Barbourville and Jennifer Gibson (Alex) of Alabama; his close friend Linda Mays of Barbourville; his sister Jessie Bull of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Cameron Myers, Emma Myers, Alexis Gibson, Devin Abner, Jared Abner and Jerica Abner. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
