It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Phipps of Barbourville, Kentucky, born in Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Phipps and Irene Phipps; his son Charles Phipps; and his sister Brenda Phipps. He is survived by: his children, Steven Phipps (Brooke) and Whitney Godsey (Derek); his grandchildren, Haley Phipps, Savannah Phipps, Spencer Phipps, Jordan Godsey, Camden Godsey and Harper Godsey; his siblings, Bill Phipps, Bobby Phipps, Sharon Callebs and Janice Brown; and his close friends, Robbie Fuson, Terry Carrol Mike Carroll and Sammy Buchanon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
