She is survived by: her husband James H. Johnson of Barbourville; her sons, James Ervin Johnson of Des Moines, William Joseph Johnson of Sioux City and Marshall Wayne Johnson of Altoona, Iowa; and her siblings, Juanita Baker (Glen) of Blanchester, OH, Virginia Campbell of Ottawa, OH, Roosevelt Barnett (Judy) of Harrogate, TN, Olin Barnett of Ingram and Rev. Phillip Barnett (Idella) of Middlesboro.
