He is survived by: his wife Angela Helton of Barbourville; his mother Ann Baker of Barbourville; his daughters, Sarah of Barbourville and Chloe Helton of Barbourville; his stepchildren, Michael Bruner (Holly) of Barbourville, Corey Bruner of Barbourville, Peyton Smith of Barbourville and Dalton Brock of Dewitt; his siblings, Jessica Baker of Barbourville, Benny Lee Edwards (Doreen) of Girdler and Mike Edwards of Girdler; and his grandchildren, Malcolm and Ryder.
