He is survived by: his wife Victoria Pridemore of Barbourville; his children, Belinda Baker, Dennis Cushman of Maryville, TN and Douglas Pridemore (Vickie) of Corbin; his grandchildren, Jason Baker, Jeremy Pridemore, Crystal Kazinec (Ryan), Christopher Baker and Jennifer Proffitt (Kenny); and his great grandchildren, Rachael, Raelynn, Everly, Jeremiah, Malea and Aubrey.
