He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Smith and Nora Smith; and his son Tony Smith. He is survived by: his wife June Smith of Road Fork; his children, Earl Stephen Smith of Road Fork and Jody Smith (Rachel) of Road Fork; his brother Charles Smith (Wilma) of Woollum; his grandchildren, Morgan, Megan, Sarah, Tyler, Jonah and Jacob Smith; and his great grandchild Rylan Powell.
