He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Tipton and Jean Doris Rearden Tipton. He is survived by: his wife Judy Tipton of Bagdad; his children, Rebekah Tipton-Farina (Chris) of Portland, Stacy Tipton of Simpsonville and Zach Tipton of Shelbyville; and his siblings, Michael Tipton (Alice) of Graefenburg, Patricia Sanford (David) of Shelbyville and Charlotte Hill (Lynn) of Shelbyville. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
