McIntosh and Oscar Dewey McIntosh; his wife Zelda McIntosh (Arrowood) of Auxier, KY.; his children, Tracy Lynn Johnson (Bryan) of Winchester, KY. and John Travis McIntosh (Anna Lee) of Auxier, KY.; his siblings, Christine Combs (Larry) of Jackson, KY., Martha Rose Turner (Roger) of Jackson, KY., Patricia Campbell (Jim) of Jackson, KY., Debbie Kaye McIntosh of Jackson, KY., Mike McIntosh of Hazel Green, KY and Arnold McIntosh (Pearl) of Richmond, IN.; and his grandchildren, Traven Lee Johnson and Zaphera Faith McIntosh.
