He is survived by: his daughter Christa Spears (Greg) of Catlettsburg, KY; his stepdaughter Lindsay DeRossett (Jesse); his siblings, Chris Erwin (Linda) of Ashland, KY and Marcia Boles of Ironton, OH; and his wife Connie Erwin of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
