It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Horn of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Horn and Ellen Herald Horn; and his wife Palestine Moore Horn. He is survived by: his daughter Deanna Horn Robinson (Michael) of Ashland; and his granddaughter Kathryn Robinson Shoemaker (Mark) of Cincinnati.
