He is survived by: his wife Maggie Mae Wright Hicks; his children, Kimberly H. Rose of Miramar Beach, FL and Ralph Randall Hicks (Lisa) of Catlettsburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Matthew Litteral, Emily Faith Hicks and Allison Grace Hicks.
