She is survived by: her sons, Ed Barker (Jo) of Ashland and Ricky Lee Barker of Ashland; and her siblings, Mike Hayes (Donna) of Ashland, Herschel Hayes of Charlotte, NC, Vicki Robbins (Jerry) of Ashland and Kathy Witten of West Jefferson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
