With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Neil Stephens (Ashland, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Neil may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Queen Stephens and Walter Stephens I; and his siblings, Walter Stephens II, James Stephens, Doris Hollan and Lydia Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Salyers Stephens; his children, Michele Stephens Wehry (Michael Wehry) and Neil Stephens (Vicki Stephens); and his grandchildren, Jeff Stephens, Aubrey Wehry and Emily Stephens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
