It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Don Wood of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Anna M. Wood; his brother Cameron T. Wood; and his daughter Laura M. Wood. He is survived by: his wife Daina Reger Wood; his children, Desirae Johnson (Josh) and Alexander Hamlin (Noell); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Wood, Emma Johnson, Anakin Wood, Ellie Johnson and Avery Johnson; and his siblings, Craig Wood (Jennifer) and Dawn Brooks (Roger). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kelly's name to the West Virginia Veterans Home in Barboursville, West Virginia.
