Waggoner in Ashland, Kentucky, born in Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on June 22, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy Conley (Larry) and Jessica Waggoner (Bill); her brothers, Ron Sexton (Robin), Tim Sexton (Jean) and Mike Sexton (Beth); and her grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan, Addison, Trenton and Taigan. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins.
