He was predeceased by: his parent Tonnie Hamilton. He is survived by: his mother Ann Ramey Hamilton of Ashland; his wife Nette Allen Hamilton; his son Matthew Hamilton (Brittany) of Flatwoods; his siblings, James Hamilton (Julie) of Ashland, Lori Fraley (Steve) of Ashland, Beverly Canterbury (Ron) of Cleveland, OH and Loretta Johnson (Randy) of Baltimore, MD.; his granddaughters, Vanessa Hamilton of Flatwoods, Amanda Hamilton of Flatwoods and Cheyenne Hamilton of Flatwoods; his close friend Casey Purvis (Jessica); and also Darren. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
