We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2023, at the age of 87, Emma Ruth Mullins of Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur VanHoose and Dixie Mae McKenzie VanHoose; her husband Joe R. Mullins; and her brothers, James, Bruce and George VanHoose.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Thompson (Phil) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Rusty Thompson (LaNae) and Kayla Fletcher (Casey); her great grandchildren, Haiden, Addie, Oakley and Garrett; her brother Billy Joe; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou VanHoose of Waverly, OH.
