He is survived by: his son Travis Collins (Kimberly) of Ashland; his siblings, Hal Collins of Morehead and Gwen Tackett (Rollie) of Pikeville; his grandchildren, Zachary Collins (Grace), Alexis "Lexie" Collins and Jaxon Collins; his stepgrandchildren, Shelby Jones (Nathan), Thomas Keating and Emily Keating; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Will and Theo Jones.
