He is survived by: his wife Jenna Fuller; his daughters, Kadi and Kylee Fuller; his father David Fuller (Beth); his brothers, David Michael Merlo (Anna), Eric, Aaron and Ryan Fuller; his nieces, Maggie and Mycah; and his nephew Matthew Merlo.
If you would like to donate in honor of his memory, Cincinnati Children's Hospital was close to his heart.
