He was predeceased by: his brother Alexander Golen; and his grandmother Mary Slago. He is survived by: his parent Thomas John Slago; his daughters, Addilyn, Remilyn, Viviana and Giana; and his siblings, Garrett Borowski, Alyssa Borowsk and Brooklyn Gipson.
