He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Blair Clark; his brother Jason "Skittles" Cordle; his stepfather Bobby Clark; his uncle Mike "Crowbar" Blair; and his grandmother Mary "Patty" Blair.

He is survived by: his father Charles "Chuck" Cordle of Ashland, KY.; his wife Kelli Collins Cordle of Ashland; his daughters, Sophie Collins and Haley Collins-Preston of Ashland; his brother Blake Cordle of Ashland; and his cousins, Candace Mollette of Ashland and Nikki Blair of Ashland. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
