He is survived by: his wife Neva Castle Chaffin; his children, Christina Lycans (Matt) of Delaware, OH, Amber Evans (Shane) of Catlettsburg, KY, Chuckie Chaffin (Michelle) of Circleville, OH and Taleah Chaffin of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Branson Moore, Hayden Moore, Carter Lycans, Devin Evans, Lenzie Evans, Emma Evans, Kayli Chaffin, Braxton Chaffin, Braelyn Chaffin, Briley Chaffin, Jayce Kelley, Londyn Kelley, Ryland West and Gatlin West; and his siblings, Donald Chaffin (Darlene) of Ashland, KY, Maria West (Gary) of Catlettsburg, KY and Ruth Stevens (Mark) of Catlettsburg, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
