She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Taylor Shepherd and Elizabeth Huff Shepherd; her children, Paul Graden Shaffer Jr. (Judy) of Jacksonville, FL, Sydney Jane Johnson of Catlettsburg, KY and Allen Shaffer (Debbie) of Chesapeake, OH; her grandchildren, Mike Shaffer, Minford Shaffer, Mary Ann Shaffer Deskins, Beck Shaffer Meade, Johnda Shaffer, Nathan Johnson, Barbara Jane Steele, Katie Russell and Bridgett Russell of Boyd County, KY; her siblings, Fredrick Roosevelt Shepard (Retia) of Grayson, KY, Fermon Monroe Shepherd (Jeanie) of Grayson, KY, Flora Pearl Burton of Hitchens, KY, Margaret Lucy Osborne (John) of Florida and Saphronia Mae Willis of Olive Hill, KY.; her husband Tracy Russell; her son John Taylor Shaffer (Julie); her son-in-law Ballard Johnson; her siblings, Taylor Shepherd Jr., Dewey Thurman Shepherd, Paul Richard Shepherd and Dorothy Louise Burton; her siblings-in-law, Darlene Shepherd, Diana Shepherd, Dena Shepherd, John Burton, Mike Willis and James Burton; and also Marvin Russell (Susan) of Boyd County, KY. She was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren.
