He was predeceased by: his wife Jane E. Richter. He is survived by: his children, Robert (Sandy), Gene (Alice), Steve (Helen), Doug Richter (Amy), Linda Oliver, Mary Boyer (Robert) and Jennifer Prewitt (Johnny). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
