It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Bogen (Alexandria, Kentucky), who passed away on August 24, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Kathy Holaday-Bogen; his daughter Lori Lederer (Tony) of Alexandria, KY; his brothers, Neal J. Bogen (Patsy) of Alexandria, KY and Paul E. Bogen (Sheila) of Cold Springs, KY; and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Morgan and Kendall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
