She is survived by: her brother David Beltz; her children, James Smith (LaToucha), Thomas Smith and David Smith; her grandchildren, Steven Smith, Tara Smith, Tyler Smith, Troy Smith, Russell Johnson and Andrew Johnson; and her nephews, Wil Beltz and David Beltz. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
