She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Falkingham and Emma Falkingham (Janke); her spouse Jerry Lee Wilcoxen; her siblings, Barbara Dobbs, Muriel Shaffer, Janet Miller, John Falkingham and Elmer Falkingham; her grandson Christopher Waits; her son-in-law Calvin Waits; her grandson-in-law Charles Velz; and her stepsons, Jack and Roger Wilcoxen.
She is survived by: her former husband Paul Parsons; her children, Eric Parsons (Donna) of Winfield, Mike Parsons (JoLynn) of Burden, Kevin Parsons (Shari) of Arkansas City, David Parsons (Teresa) of Dexter, Pamela Gordon of Winfield and Teresa Waits Sherrard (Duane) of Winfield; and her stepchildren, Thomas Wilcoxen of Arkansas City and Teresa Woodward (John) of Wichita Falls, Texas.
A memorial has been established in Phyllis' name for Grace United Methodist Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
