He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Bailey and Leona Bailey (Cook); and his brothers, Merle "Dean" and Gary "Butch" Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Pat Snow of Winfield; his sons, Jeff Bailey (Amy) of Arkansas City and Jason Bailey of Winfield; his siblings, Marvin Bailey (Linda) of Winfield, Larry Bailey (Connie) of Winfield and Ruth Thomas of Winfield; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Ramos (Donnie), Brenden Bailey (Taylor), Kayden Bailey, Colton Bailey (Autumn), Cody Bailey (Amanda) and Caitlin Reid (Frank); and his great grandchildren, Luna Bailey, Kinsley Reid, Taiten, Brayliann Bailey, Taylor, Emory, Addison, Maddison Burr, Donnie III, Mariah, Arianna and Khloe Ramos.
