He is survived by: his former spouse Dedra Reynolds; his wife Paula Banks of Winfield; his children, Cami Crow of Wichita, Amy Foreman (James) of Oklahoma City, OK, Kennton Hoffman (Kyra) of Udall, Tyler Hoffman of Ama, Louisiana and Rendi Hoffman of Winfield; his siblings, Judy Nation (Alan) of Winfield and Jerry Crow (Cheryl) of Winfield; and his grandchildren, Gabby Avery, James Foreman IV, Kirsten Kessinger, Emma Hoffman, Caydence Billiter, Kierran Hoffman, Lillian Hoffman, Anson Tovar, Jace Conner and Cara Conner.
A memorial has been established in John's name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
