She is survived by: her children, Richard Heffron of Belle Plaine and Marcia Mull of Winfield; her brother Ralph Russell (Jacquelyn) of Winfield; her grandchildren, Lyric Love (Cristel) of Peck, James Heffron (Jasmine) of Belle Plaine, John C. Mull (Michelle) of Winfield, Jeramy Mull (Lori) of Mt. Hope and Jennifer Preston of Andover; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Blake, Shelby Blake, Taylor Heffron, Kara Heffron, John R. Mull, Jack Mull, Jessica Mull, Isabelle Mull, Jonah Mull, Lane Preston and Landon Preston.
A memorial has been established in Frances' name for Hackney Community Baptist Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
