He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Schifferdecker and Charlene Schifferdecker (Altizer); and his wife Karen Slade. He is survived by: his son Alan Schifferdecker of Austin, TX; his family, Jay Schifferdecker of Silvergate, MT and Jon Schifferdecker (Kelly) of Simpsonville, SC; his brother Robert Schifferdecker of Springfield, OR; and his grandson Matt Schifferdecker.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Rock United Methodist Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
