He is survived by: his children, Paul Rowland of Williamsburg, KS and Kristie Stinebaugh (Gene) of Princeton, KS; his son-in-law Gene; his wife Penne Rowland of Williamsburg, KS; his brother Jerry Rowland of Vassar, KS; and his grandchildren, Bridger, Kassidy, Rhyan, Jadalyn, Jagger, Kamryn and Karlie.
