He is survived by: his children, Gene Stinebaugh (Kristie) of Princeton, Adam Stinebaugh (Mandy) of Ottawa, Kelly Shepherd (John) of Pomona and John Stinebaugh (Amanda) of Williamsburg; his siblings, Waneta Monthey of Oskaloosa, David Stinebaugh of Oskaloosa, Linda Marler (Steve) of Rose Hill, Roger Stinebaugh of Kansas City and Andrew Stinebaugh (Jeanette) of Quenemo; his mother-in-law Ople Adams; and his grandchildren, Kamryn Stinebaugh, Karlie Stinebaugh, Blake Stinebaugh, Sterling Shepherd, Katelynn Shepherd and Ross Shepherd.
