He was predeceased by: his parents, Romie Rice and Lillie Rice (Moore); his wife Bobbie Imogene Rice (Bideler); and his siblings, Murl Marie Rice, Nannie Letha Rice, Louise Irene Rice, Lonnie Lee Henry Rice, Holman Rice, Hoyt Eugene Rice and Robert Alton Rice.
He is survived by: his sons, David Lee Rice (Vicki), Tommy Wayne Rice (Debra) and Terry Lex Rice (Teresa). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 Great Grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren and several other friends and family.
