He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Charlotte Rush (Sumner); his siblings, Clarence, Cliff, Clyde, Wayne, Earl and Maxine Strange; his son-in-law Don Blundell; and his great grandchild Brex Whalen.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Hrabe (Donnie) of Wellsville, Paula Wallis (Michael) of Baldwin City, Charla Blundell of Paola and Kip S. Rush (Connie) of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Dawn Whalen, Ryan Hrabe, Crista Wallis, Rick Wallis, Raechel Stephens, Darla Elliott, Kyle Rush, Meghan Rylander and Nolan Rush; and his great grandchildren, Rachael McGivern, Ryan Whalen, Haidyn, Cole Hrabe, Megan, Wyatt, Weston Casey, Celeste, Faith, Brian Wallis, Malorie, Cooper Stephens, Judd Elliott, Ember, Haven and Nova Rush.
