He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Hernandez of Sedan, Kansas and Melissa Lynn of Wellington; his grandchild Philicia Evans (Michael) of Sedan, Kansas; and his sister Joyce Hendricks of Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be given to assist with funeral expenses.
