She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hobbs and Bertha Hobbs (Morgan); her husband Thomas Vorse; and her siblings, Nathan Hobbs, Clinton Hobbs, Richard Hobbs (R. S.), Cleta Schmidt, Zuma Hobbs and Nelda Schwanz.
She is survived by: her children, Trent Vorse of San Diego, California and Tracy Dougherty (Mike) of Iola, Kansas; her grandchildren, Morgan Vorse of Wichita, Kansas, Kevin Vorse of Fort Collins, Colorado, Antonio Marino (Brandy) of Wellington, Colorado, Todd Woodruff of Iola, Kansas, Traylee Pickens (Brandon) of Newton, Kansas, Brandon Woodruff of Joplin, Missouri, Kathryn Woodruff of Humbolt, Kansas and Grady Dougherty of Iola, Kansas; and her great grandchildren, Makayla, Mackenzi, Kennedy, Colston, Skyla, Landon, Aria, Knox, Graham, Rhett, Maddie, Riggins and Eli.
A memorial has been established in her loving memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
