She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian E. Smith and Beatrice B. Smith (Bailey); her husband Rex McKinney; her son David McKinney; and her brothers, Duane and Philip Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Randall McKinney (Brenda) of Cullman, AL and Valmarie Wood (David) of Arkansas City, KS. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the Alzheimer's Association in lieu of flowers.
