She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert L. Wright and Lois M. Wright (Ward); her son Thomas Calvert; and her siblings, Stanley Wright, Jerry Wright and Betty Jo Erber.
She is survived by: her husband Darrel Cox of Wellington, KS; and her sons, William Gene Calvert of Mars, PA, Albert Marc Calvert of Wichita, KS and Daniel Ward Calvert of Haysville, KS. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the Wellington Humane Society.
