She was predeceased by: her parents, John Poretta and Teresa Poretta (Massa); her husband Carl Mahanes; and her siblings, Dominic Poretta (Dorothy) and Joann Fikes (Clark).
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Larsen (Jim) of Eagle Rock, MO and Barbara Toschi of Mulberry, KS; her grandchildren, Holli Papish (Tony) of Olathe, KS, Shala Larsen of Saugatuck, MI and David Jenkins (Amy) of Weir, KS; and her great grandchildren, Ellie Barde, Sam Larsen of Saugatuck, MI and Jessie Jenkins of Weir, KS. She is also survived by her husband, parents, sister, brother and many friends.
